RSS and First Page News addons updated

In both addons, fixed bug with "three dots", as it was described on forums. Both plugins now contain more optimized code, if you display a feed sorted by latest post ID, but show at the same time first message in the thread. News plugin updated so it is possible to have {topic_poster_name} in the tempalte. RSS plugin's last build date fixed.
