miniBB version 2.0 RC4c released - quick fix of possible seekurity bug

Fixed index.php from both 1.x (1.7g now) and 2.x (2.0 RC4c) series packages now includes fix of possible vu1nerability bug, described here. This is not a top securty hole, and it could be executed in rare cases; however, everybody is welcomed to upgrade their version.
