miniBB 1.4 released

In a day when one of the programmers of miniBB, Sergei, turned 22, we have released miniBB version 1.4. miniBB becomes even smaller by size, even faster by speed, even better by correct memory load! Thus, now it works with register_globals turned OFF! Some little implementations made and fixed, new parser written (no killing evals anymore), and now you can even include it in your own PHP file. New features also include moderators ability to post new topics in post-only forums; in registered-users-only forums, anonymous users now can view content (but not post anything). Please, read carefully our upgrade manual before upgrading your stuff!!!
