Using page=-1 automatically redirects you to the last page in thread, so you can insert some <a name="lastpost"> tag near "Your answer" field, and redirect to it using in URL "...page=-1#lastpost"

1. Create an anchor/target named 'lastpost' somewhere around the reply box. On your board, just create the anchor at where you see the words ":: Deine Antwort".

2. To link to the last post of any topic, form the URL this way:
http://yourdomain.tld/path to forums/index.php?action=vthread&forum=(insert forum number minus the brackets)&topic=(insert topic number minus brackets)&page=-1#lastpost

zum Beispiel (actual example lifted from your board), to link to the last post of the discussion on "wort des tages, obligatorisch runterzusagen", the URL should read:
http://www.styckwaerk.de/forum/index.php?action=vthread&forum=3&topic= 38&page=-1#lastpost

Alles klar? :)
