1.use the "notepad++" .
2.save all of your .html / .php files as UTF-8 without BOM. //you may have some problems when modifing the "bb_func_search.php" , i don't know why..
3.check ../lang/***.php
4.check ../index.php
if(!isset($chars_encoding)) $chars_encoding='UTF-8';
5.check ../templates/main_header.html
...
<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
...
6.check ../bb_func_txt.php
//$text=wrapText($wrap,$text);
7.i also got some problems with it , and i don't know why..

Sorry, I'm not sure about your server, in general. I don't even know what kind of server do you run.

But if we talk about miniBB forums, here's a quick guide on how to switch your miniBB forums completely to UTF-8.

This is a complete guide. You don't have to modify .php scripts like suggested above.
