my forum on /wwwroot/minibb ,and /wwwroot have a another .htaccess file,could you tell me how to set minibb .htaccess thank you!

.htaccess should work independently in any folder you have set it for. Of course, that means, if the server is properly configured :-)

In your case, put it under /wwwroot/minibb/ folder.
