it would make sense to do it so that when text is between [quote]text[./quote] then the formatting is different rather than showing the [quote] tags.
I never saw that kind of formating on any WYSIWYG, even on big (1-2MB) and commercial editors. :)

New color picker (also working with default addon).
All smilies works now (easy to add more custom smilies).
Fixed some coding.
