How can I change time and data in miniBB?
I tried to find it, but unfortunately can't

I'm not sure what do you mean by "change time and data"?

If you mean date and time format, it's changed under $dateOnlyFormat, $timeOnlyFormat and $dateFormat variables under setup_options.php.
