Table around forum with different background color?

How do I add a table with diff background color around the forums?

I guess I will have to add table tags in header and footer template but not sure what to add.

Can any one help please...

In bb_default_style.css, or in what else style file you use:

/* Body class */

.gbody{
font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
background: #FBF9F9;
margin-top: 11px;
margin-bottom: 10px;
margin-right: 10px;
margin-left: 10px;

Thanks Ivan. But I think, that will change the background of entire body. I want to have a different page background like you see on vbulletin. (white color page between body bg and forum tables)

The colors of the other boxes/tables are below. Each one of them is in the respective block of layout and before it there is a note what element it is for. These blocks cover the main background that I pointed to you.

Why don't you try, actually, instead of that big thinking? :)

Edit templates/main_header.html and put the starting tag for table there. Like

<table><tr><td>

Edit templates/main_footer.html and put the closing tag fot table there.

</td></tr></table>

Your issue is similar to this one.
