Change URL wording in URL pop-up to the actual link

When someone puts a link in, but doesn't add the link or give a description, it states URL. How do you change this to something else besides the default word URL?

I suppose it's in the bb_codes.php... the line which says:

if(substr_count($msg,'"nofollow"></a>')>0) $msg=str_replace('"nofollow"></a>', '"nofollow">URL</a>', $msg);
