How To Present A Message To Members After Logging In

Is there a way to present a message to a user after logging in? I would like it to appear as a regular page, similar to the disclaimer, then proceed to the forum. I would only like this message to be seen once, after logging in, if possible and not re-appear after a second login session.

Thanks.

Michael

Try the following (non-core-destructive!) solution:

1) Download/unpack the template login.html and drop it in /templates/ folder (modify on your wish)

2) At the end of setup_optons.php file BEFORE closing ?> paste the code line:

if (isset($_POST['mode']) and $_POST['mode']=='login') $metaLocation='login';

It works on my side...
