Delete a topic by Admin

How can I delete a topic with messages or not from Admin panel?

can you rephrase the question? i don't get it.

you can delete topics and posts by browsing the forums whilst logged in as admin. the topic options are at the bottom of the page.

Let's say that in Suggestion I started this topic/subject and I wroted some bad words or injuries and you like admin can delete my text but cannot delete the whole subject as well.
So I think also by Admin subject needed to be deleted from page (now I delete from database)
Also what about some bad words replacer ...

For deleting the topic:
Login as admin - Go to the bottom of page - Delete topic
For deleting the post (reply):
Login as admin - Click on "delete" above reply

You can not delete the first post - because in this case you need to delete the whole topic.

I don't understand what you can't delete.

Also what about some bad words replacer
Check our downloads section - there is a plugin for that.
