FATAL: NOT FOUND [template_name] error

Only on index.php, happened when I attempted to make two forums. It made them both, unfortunately, on index.php, I now get an

FATAL: NOT FOUND main_forums_cell

message.

Any ideas?

look in the templates to make sure it is there, if not, re-upload it.

help me plz....
in the page index.php and in page bb_admin.php FATAL: NOT FOUND admin_login...

So, this template from /templates/ is not on the place. Download and copy from default package.
