Simple FAQ?

Hi,

I don't really want to post the full user manual in the FAQ's section of my board, which will appear very soon, and was wondering if anybody else out there has created a simple one without all the admin info etc that i could use

I'm just trying to some myself some time and if somebody could post a link to one i could use it would help me.
