Integration with Dolphin smart community builder

I am running dolphin smart community builder version 5.4 They say they support minibb but I can not seem to figure out how to integrate the members from there to minibb.
I have followed the manual and did as it said but still the member login does not work using my already existing members.
Everything else with minibb is working GREAT and I think it is a wonderful forum.
I have asked the dolphin team to help with no results.
If anyone is using dolphin with minibb and could help that would be great!
