converting japanese language pack from utf-8 to shift jis

i already tried your forum and it is great but one problem...
im in japan...
and i already tried the japanese language pack...
it works but here in japan...
the ie's default encoding is SHIFT　JIS。 but the lang packs encoding is utf-8...
how can i change it to shift jis so the people who want to join the forum dont need to change their browser's encoding...(actually they dont know those things...)
pls any advise...

Sorry, we ourselves have no idea what "shift jis" means and how to eat it.

Whatever you need to do is to convert this text file from utf-8 to shift jis using some kind of external tool. Try to search Google for "utf-8 to shift jis" and you will probably find something.
