yes, I believe they use BB code, they always use different/fake isp

So, you can remove the pictures BB code from the script and the button itself. Or to kindly ask Paul to write you an additional line - only registered users to be capable to post pictures, or something like that.

I would like to see an example; but if they are using BB codes, you have two ways as written already: either disable image link BB codes in bb_codes.php, either modify them so only registered or allowed users may post pictures etc.
